Ben has been my personal coach for health this year. Since the beginning of the year, I've lost over 20 pounds off of the scale (probably more fat than that as I THINK I'm gaining muscle, too). More importantly, I have a TON of energy (which was my Quarter 1 BIG goal),  I'm thinking more clearly, and I'm sleeping like a CHAMP--hopefully, you heard the last ChipChat Episode on putting you to sleep!
